We serve over 500 commercial customers in Northwest and Southwest CT and beyond.

Our commercial services include septic tanks, grease traps, dewatering pits, septic system design and installation, and pump chamber installation and repairs. We operate with three main tanker trucks and have access to twenty-two more through our affiliates, so we can complete any of these jobs in a timely manner.

Universal Septic is registered to unload in an environmentally safe manor in five sewer treatment plants in Bridgeport, Danbury, Naugatuck, Ridgefield and Greenwich. This allows a rapid response time for emergencies.

We specialize in large commercial pumping jobs as our trucks have steel tanks that can hold 5,000 gallons of waste. This avoids multiple trips (and its associated expenses) to treatment plants. These trucks also have heavy duty pump systems and are capable of 30 40 foot lifts for complex jobs, such as town pump stations and lake areas that require an uphill draw of 40 feet. This is the same style lift that is used on cruise ships!

Our Company is now taking on new commercial accounts in lower Fairfield and New Haven Counties, as well as expanding into Westchester and Putnam Counties in New York.

Town Pump Stations & Sewer Plants

Town pump stations are typically neglected, need constant repairs, and are often considered to be in emergency states. Their tanks are 30-40 ft. deep which makes it hard to thoroughly clean the debris and build up without the proper equipment. This is the primary reason the stations are not maintained correctly and only get attention when an emergency occurs.

Our company specializes in properly maintaining the town’s pump stations because we use high powered pumps to ensure the tanks are fully cleaned and the station is operating efficiently. Through our affiliates, we can also offer pump inspection, re-installation and a regular maintenance program.
